Wesley "Wes" K. Howell is the founder and managing attorney of Howell Law, PLLC, in Charlotte, North Carolina. With more than 13 years of legal experience and licenses to practice in North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee, Wes provides practical, personalized legal counsel to individuals, families, business owners, and real estate investors. He is committed to helping clients protect what they have built, plan for what lies ahead, and navigate important legal decisions with confidence.
Wes’s practice focuses on estate planning, business and contract law, and commercial real estate. He works closely with individuals and families to develop estate plans that reflect their wishes, protect their assets, and provide for the people who matter most. His estate planning services include wills, trusts, estate administration, and planning for high-asset estates. Wes earned his Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina. Outside the office, he runs marathons in support of charitable causes and enjoys spending time with his wife, Danielle, and their two children.
